To upload files to your account, please follow the simple instructions below.

1). First, you will need an FTP program. If you do not have one, we recommend you downloading CuteFTP. We have CuteFTP uploaded to our server for downloading. Please click here to visit out FTP downloading page.

2). Once you have installed the program, you are ready to log onto your account. It will ask you for the following information. It will ask you for a hostname, simply put in the IP address that was assigned to you, if you have lost your IP address, you can simply put your domain name for the hostname, for example hspro.com. Next, you will need a userid, simply put your userid in there. Your userid is usually your account name, for example hspro. Next, you will need your password, simply place your password in the password box. And if it asks you for a server type, just set it to manual, or leave it to how it originally was. Once you have filled in all of that information, we suggest that you click on the save button, so you will not have to enter this information any more. If their is no save button, simply click ok and it will automatically save the information that you have entered. Once all of those operations are done, please click on connect.

3). Once you click on connect. It will take you anywhere from 10 seconds, to 60 seconds to log into your account. Depending on the current server load, and your connection. Depending on your ftp program, you will have to follow a different direction. Please look below:

3a. CuteFTP: If you are using CuteFTP 2.0, you have just made your life easy. Once you are logged in with CuteFTP, you can automatically start uploading. Since CuteFTP 2.0 automatically places you in the correct folder to upload. Sometimes CuteFTP will not place you in the correct directory. So please make sure that you are in the /usr/www/htdocs/username/ folder when uploading.

3b. WS_FTP: If you are using WS_FTP for your FTP program. Then you will have to do one extra step before you start uploading. Once you log into your account, you will see several different folders & files. Simply double click on the "www" folder, and it will take you to the correct folder to start uploading/downloading. Once you doubled clicked on the "www" folder, and you are in there, you can start uploading or downloading your files.

3c. Other FTP Programs: If you are using any other FTP program besides from he ones listed above. Then you must make sure that your are logged into the /usr/www/htdocs/username folder. Once you are in there, you can start uploading your files.
