If you are getting permission errors. There are several things that you could be doing wrong. Please make sure that all of the following are checked. 1). Make sure that you only have one index.htm or index.html files uploaded into one directory. If you have 2 files in there, it will confuse everything and give you a permission error. Please simply delete one of the files. It does not matter witch one. 2). Please make sure that there is no capital letter in the index file. Keep the file name in lower case lettering. 3). Please make sure that you have an index file in the folder. If no index file is present, then simply just upload one and everything will work just fine. 4). Make sure you are uploading your files
